How to choose the right PVC Hose
There are several aspects to consider when choosing a suitable PVC Hose.
The first is the purpose. If it is used to transport drinking water, you should choose a food-grade PVC hose. This hose has been specially treated to meet drinking water safety standards and ensure the hygiene of the water. If it is used for irrigation, you should consider wear resistance and flexibility, because it may often rub against the ground in the farmland and needs to be laid in a curved manner.
The second is the pressure requirement. If it is connected to a faucet, the pressure is low, and a PVC hose with ordinary wall thickness may be enough. But if it is used for high-pressure water spraying equipment in industry, you need to choose a PVC hose with thick wall and high compressive strength, otherwise it will easily break. For example, when a high-pressure cleaning machine is working, the pressure is high, so a hose that can withstand high pressure is needed.
Then there is the temperature environment. If it is used in a normal temperature environment, ordinary PVC Hoses are fine. But if it is in a high temperature environment, such as the high-temperature workshops of some factories, you must choose a high-temperature resistant PVC hose, otherwise the hose will become soft and deformed, affecting the use. In a low temperature environment, you should choose a hose with good frost resistance to prevent the hose from becoming hard and brittle and breaking.
There is also the size. Accurately measure the size of the device interface to be connected, and select a PVC Hose with appropriate inner and outer diameters to ensure a tight connection without water or air leakage.
